Youth United for Prosperity & NFL Alumni Atlanta Chapter Official Raffle Rules:

• Eligibility.  You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• Subject to availability, you may purchase as many raffle tickets as you wish.
• Raffle tickets can be purchased at all PGA Tour Superstore locations (or at other participating retail locations) in the state of Georgia. Visit http://www.nflalumniatl.com/raffle for more info. Entries will become the property of Youth United for Prosperity & NFL Alumni Atlanta Chapter located at 3390 Peachtree Road, NE Suite 1000, Atlanta GA. 30326
• Raffle Dates.  Raffle ticket sales begin July 14, 2008 and end on December 14, 2009, or when 10,000 raffle tickets have been sold.
• The NFL Alumni Atlanta Chapter, Youth United for Prosperity, and their affiliates do not assume responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for printing or other errors.  Lost, damaged, or illegible raffle tickets will not be reprinted.  If online tickets are purchased, an actual ticket will be mailed to the buyer.
• The three prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible raffle tickets purchased.
• Notification of winners.  All three winners will be notified by telephone, email or registered mail.
• Prizes.
  • The grand prize is the winner’s choice of either: (i) a 1965 Classic Roadster Relicar; or (ii) a 2009 BMW Z4
  • The second place prize is an all-inclusive trip for two to Super Bowl XLIII.  All-inclusive means: (i) 2 game tickets; (ii) plane fare; and (iii) four nights lodging or an all-inclusive trip for two to 2009 NFL Pro Bowl in Hawaii. All-inclusive means: (i) 2 game tickets; (ii) plane fare; and (iii)five nights lodging
  • The third place prize is a $50 weekly gas credit for 52 weeks.
• The cars may be displayed at various events and are, as a result of display, subject to some wear and tear.
• Taxes, duties, shipping, licensing, and vehicle registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• The raffle is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable law.  Persons entering the raffle are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in any way relating to their entry or entries whether based upon their place of residence or otherwise.
• Release.  The winners release the Youth United for Prosperity & NFL Alumni Atlanta Chapter, its officers, agents, and members from responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of the prizes.
• No warranty.  The Youth United for Prosperity & NFL Alumni Atlanta Chapter does not make warranty or guaranty to grand prize car.
• Winners’ right of publicity.  By acceptance of the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without additional compensation.
• By entering the raffle, each participant agrees to abide by the rules of the raffle. The Youth United for Prosperity & NFL Alumni Atlanta Chapter reserve the right to amend, revise, and interpret these rules at their sole discretion.
• Due to postage regulations, purchasers of Internet raffle tickets will receive a raffle ticket and be charged a $2.00 fee for return postage and handling per order.  When such orders are placed, the raffle ticket stub will be placed into the pool of eligible raffle winners.
• To pick up the vehicle, a government-issued identification, with a photo ID will be required to prove that this person is the person on the winning tickets.
• Purchasers do not need their ticket stubs for any reason. However, the stubs will be kept on file at the 3390 Peachtree Road, NE Suite 1000 Atlanta Ga. 30326 offices.
